Ever wonder where the food we cook, bake, and eat comes from? Your young scientist will have the chance to look behind-the-scenes of food production, culinary creation, and agriculture with three days of excursions, experiments, and hands-on fun!

A camp for curious culinary chemists in grades 6th - 8th ONLY, students will go on 3 days of excursions to explore food science, agriculture, and the culinary arts.
When: July 29th, 30th, & 31st
9 am - 2 pm Daily
Where: Howe Farms, Provecho Latin Provisions, & Dawn Food Production
Cost: $200 per student
This opportunity will provide hands-on, experimental STEAM learning that goes beyond the classroom and the science lab with field visits that offer interactive experiments, collaborative projects, and exposure to STEAM professionals and industry experts. Each day, campers will have the chance to participate in immersive field experiences to learn about food production, nutrition, agriculture, food chemistry, and more.
