Refund/Cancellation Policy:

To provide the best possible experience for every camper, all pop-up camp registrations are non-refundable. Each event requires advance planning, staffing, preparation time, and the purchase of materials and supplies specifically for attendees. Because of these upfront costs and limited availability, we are unable to accommodate refunds once registration is completed.

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing us at admin@clcnwi.com or by calling us at 219-989-3250. The advanced notice is greatly appreciated.
