Parent/Guardian Ticket Information

Expedition Mars & Genetics Lab
These programs offer two ticket options:

• Student Ticket Only: This is a drop-off program. Students will attend independently, and parents/guardians will return for pick-up at the end of the program.
• Student Ticket + Parent/Guardian Pass: Includes admission for one student and one parent/guardian pass. The parent/guardian may remain in the building during the program in a designated waiting area.

Storybook STEM Day
This is a Parent & Me style program with three ticket options:

• Student Ticket Only: A drop-off option where students participate independently, and parents/guardians return for pick-up.
• Student + One Parent/Guardian Package: Includes one student ticket and one parent/guardian pass, allowing one adult to participate alongside their child throughout the program.
• Two Students + One Parent/Guardian Package: Includes two student tickets and one parent/guardian pass, allowing one adult to accompany both students during the program.

Please Note: A parent/guardian pass is required for any adult who wishes to remain in the building.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

To provide the best possible experience for every camper, all registrations are non-refundable. Each event requires advance planning, staffing, preparation time, and the purchase of materials and supplies specifically for attendees. Because of these upfront costs and limited availability, we are unable to accommodate refunds once registration is completed.

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing us at admin@clcnwi.com or by calling us at 219-989-3250. The advanced notice is greatly appreciated.
