Teacher Training Requirements

The key to a successful mission with your students begins with teacher training. All teachers are required to complete a training session prior to bringing your students to the Challenger. This training will prepare you with educational activities that you can use in your classroom to prepare your students to have the best experience possible. The following teacher training is available for each mission that we offer.

bullet Moon/Solar System
bullet The Reasons for the Seasons

Training is required for each mission and is included as part of the cost of your mission. Once you have trained you are not required to retrain unless there is a significant change to the program. Teachers who want to be part of a refresher course may do so for an additional fee.

PRICE: A $50 non-fundable fee is charged for each session; however this fee is credited towards the overall cost of your mission.
